More than a team, a real family linked to their roots and daily committed to enhancing their authenticity in the world. Moré Delizie Casearie is the Apulian dairy born from the experience of brothers Francesco and Giuseppe Moretti. It is fast growing thanks to the collaboration of expert artisans who share the same passion.

A small location in Bisceglie, in the province of Barletta-Andria-Trani renowned for its fine dairy products, was enough for us to refine our technique, win the trust of a large clientele and dream of a bigger project. To make it come true, in 2020 we inaugurated a new manufacturing plant without ever compromising the solidity of our craft-based manufacturing process.

An investment of resources and courage that tells the story of our family’s spirit, made up of perseverance and an open eye to the future.

At Moré Delizie Casearie, we process our products using only certified local milk: the territory and the suppliers represent a guarantee of genuineness that leaves its mark on every product and on every table.

The production process has been consolidated over almost twenty years by adapting to market demands, the need to achieve ever higher standards, and the desire to transform knowledge into specialised skills at the service of flavour.

Organisational efficiency and processing versatility also allow us to customise some of the products in the catalogue to obtain intense and original taste combinations.

THE DELIGHTS’ LABORATORY

Here, our dairy makes the promise of its name a reality. The ‘dairy delights’ take shape in the roomy 500-square-metre laboratory, which allowed us to renovate our premises in 2020, redistribute resources and increase production to meet the growing demand.

The use of state-of-the-art plants and machineries simplifies the control activities that precisely guarantee maximum food safety, but the heart of the process remains the art of cheese-making that makes our hands an indispensable tool.

The tangible growth of the dairy reflects the development plan we are looking at with hope and determination, animated by the desire to establish and confirm ourselves as a reference point for professionals in the gastronomic sector even on foreign markets.

Moreover, to complete the offer, there are cured meats of the most famous national brands and typical products with the scent of Apulia.
